Owner has requested additional Selective Demolition scope beyond the original SOW. This was discussed during a recent progress meeting and would require a change order.
Architect specified upgraded materials for Roof Replacement that differ from the original SOW spec. This change increases material costs but was presented as a preference, not a requirement.
