Summit Medical Office Build-Out

Owner has requested additional Framing & Drywall scope beyond the original SOW. This was discussed during a recent progress meeting and would require a change order.

Team proposed a value engineering option to reduce Electrical & Low-Voltage costs by substituting equivalent materials and simplifying the installation approach.

Recent building code update requires redesign of Finishes. The new requirements were published after the original SOW was finalized.

Architect specified upgraded materials for Radiology Suite that differ from the original SOW spec. This change increases material costs but was presented as a preference, not a requirement.

Client requested that the Plumbing & Medical Gas phase be completed 2 weeks ahead of the original schedule. This would require overtime labor and expedited material deliveries.

During execution of HVAC, unforeseen site conditions were discovered that require additional engineering and remediation work not covered in the original scope.
