Architectural Design

Includes standard façade system, mechanical loads without atypical support, and systems designed within standard loading assumptions.

Geotechnical Requirements

Relies on subsurface soils suitable for the project and no additional geotechnical investigations outside preliminary data.

Construction Assumptions

Construction assumed to proceed linearly without phasing, using conventional methods, and no major revisions post-IFC documents.

Exclusions

Excludes deep foundation systems, major utility relocations, flood mitigation, and environmental remediation.
